It's almost time for Vacation Bible School! This year, our theme is Camp Chaos: Jesus is Our Path to Peace. Every night we'll have a great opening and closing program, music, games, snacks, and a valuable lesson for how we can find peace in Jesus, even in the midst of chaos. On the last night of VBS (Thursday, August 13), we invite you and your family to join us for our annual hot dog and corn roast. And, as a special treat, the Cups & Cones ice cream truck will be here! Can't wait to see you there!

Calling all scrapbookers! We're hosting another 2-day scrapbook event  in the BCOG gym on August 14 & 15. Registration forms are available at the Welcome Table. The cost is $15 for Friday or Saturday OR $25 for BOTH days. All proceeds will benefit the Upward Basketball & Cheerleading Program! 

Carna has invited the ladies to her camp for an evening of fun! Bring a favorite campfire snack item and a camp chair (sticks & pie irons are provided). If you play guitar, bring it! We enjoyed singing around the fire last year!

This is a casual event, so show up when you can and leave any time you need to. Parking is limited, so if you'd like to carpool, grab a friend or 3 and join us! The campsite is G2, located at 73 Frew Run Rd, Frewsburg, NY.

Join us for another Free Food Friday as we love on our neighbors with a free meal! Sign-ups are at the Welcome Table if you're able to donate food or if you'd like to join the team and distribute the meal. As always, your prayers are appreciated for this ministry. And if you come across our posts on social media, please share them to help continue to get the word out!

We're bringing back the Rural Mobile Medical Unit Health & Wellness Event! Free services and assistance will be provided for veterans, elders, families, children, and youth from our local providers. There will even be kids' bingo games and a scavenger hunt this year! The event is free to attend. As in the past, the BCOG kitchen will offer concessions which benefit the Uganda Mission Team and free home and hygiene items will be given to attendees while supplies last. Also new this year: the Cups & Cones ice cream truck will be on site from noon to 3 PM!

In addition to the health & wellness event, there will be an emergency preparedness lecture at noon in the BCOG sanctuary (provided enough interest is expressed). This is free to attend and all families or individuals who attend will receive a free emergency preparedness kit, but you must register to attend. 

When you give to Busti Church of God, you are partnering with us to serve our surrounding community as well as people all around the world. We are a church that is deployed to serve. So join us in that deployment and give - you will be blessed when you do!
